Julie Horne is a registered nurse from Oslo, Norway and has over 13 years of experience in her field. She has a long career within cardiac surgery for children and adults. Today Julie is based at one of Norway’s most successful cosmetic clinics, where she performs all indications within fillers and neurotoxins. Additionally she is the owner of Julie Horne Academy where she trains aesthetic doctors and nurses who travels from all around the world to attend her worldwide known “Lip Masterclass.”
