GENERAL
How do I Access My Course Library?

If you have purchased a webinar/webinar replay or a virtual live training that comes with a replay, you can find them in “My Library”.

This can easily be accessed by logging in. Once you log in, you will be redirected to “My Library” where you can find all webinar and live training replays you have purchased.

If you have already logged in, you can easily access your courses by clicking on the “Profile” icon in the top right of your screen and selecting “My Library” (see example below).

How Do I Reset My Password?

Don’t remember your password? Hit “Forgot Password”, enter your email, and click “Send Recovery Info”.

If an email exists in our system, you will receive password reset instructions to your email.

How Do I Log Into My Account?

Navigate to www.theaestheticimmersion.com and click “Login” at the top right corner of the navigation bar.

You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your email and password.

If you recently purchased a training or webinar from us, you should have received an email with your login credentials titled, “Your The Aesthetic Immersion Login”.

How Can I Receive a Receipt for my Purchase?

Receipts can be requested by emailing learn@theaestheticimmersion.com

What Forms of Payment are Acceptable?

You can pay via credit card or by PayPal for any of our courses or webinars. We process payments via Stripe and Paypal.

We can accept payments from the following credit cards:

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

If you would like to cancel, call us at (714) 793-6594 or email us at learn@theaestheticimmersion.com. We're open M-F 10am-6pm Pacific Time.

ALL HANDS-ON TRAININGS, VIRTUAL TRAININGS, DIDACTICS AND WEBINARS

No refunds after 3 days of purchase or if any part of the online training modules have been accessed, viewed, or downloaded, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In cases of emergency that prevent you from attending the event, your Aesthetic Immersion account can be credited the amount of your registration fee. This credit can be used toward a similar future Aesthetic Immersion hosted event within one year of the date of the original registered event.  After one year, the credit will only allow you to redeem an online only training program.

Cancellation or rescheduling of your training date made less than 14 days prior to the event will be subject to a $500 rescheduling fee per registrant. In the event The Aesthetic Immersion cancels your scheduled training event or experiences a force majeure event beyond The Aesthetic Immersion control that prohibits any trainings from taking place in any fashion, The Aesthetic Immersion may, at their sole discretion issue refunds or credits to attendees to attend a similar event at a future date.

By cancelling or requesting a refund, you acknowledge and agree that you may be subject to additional charges, including but not limited to credit card or other transaction fees. These charges will be deducted from any refund owed to you.

VIRTUAL MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS (ALL TIERS)

PAID IN FULL - ANNUAL PAYMENT
No refunds after 3 days of purchase or if renewal payment has been processed, or if any part of the online training modules have been accessed, viewed, or downloaded, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Your billing will automatically renew after 365 days.  If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you can use the Virtual Mentorship until the end of the billing period.  A billing period is every 365 days.

MONTHLY:
No refunds after 3 days of purchase or if renewal payment has been processed, or if any part of the online training modules have been accessed, viewed, or downloaded during that paid billing period.
Your billing will automatically renew every 30 days.  If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you can use the Virtual Mentorship until the end of the billing period.  A billing period is every 30 days.

HOW TO CANCEL

We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription. There are several options to cancel.ONLINE:

  1. Login at https://learn.theaestheticimmersion.com/login
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Navigate to top right corner under Billing Info.
  4. Scroll down to Active Subscriptions
  5. Click the three dots to cancel.

** If you cancel online, please note your subscription and access will be cancelled immediately.

Are Payment Plans Available?

Currently we offer payment plans for the following:

Payments installments must be completed prior to the start of the course. PayPal also offers Payment Plans for our courses. Click here for more information.

How Do I Pay for Classes?

Paying for classes is a breeze! Each training and/or webinar will have a specific checkout page. Once you select the training and/or webinar you would like to attend, you will be redirected to its respective checkout page.

The following example will walk you through how to sign-up for our FOUNDATIONS of ADVANCED AESTHETICS course. Click LEARN MORE under the course of your choice:

This will redirect you to the chosen courses landing page. (Pro Tip: clicking the REGISTER NOW button will take you directly to the class dates section).

Navigate to the Class Dates section towards the bottom of the page. Click the plus icon to expand and reveal dates.

Clicking a Class Date will redirect you to its checkout page.

Pay online via credit card or PayPal.

Once a purchase is made, you will be redirected to a "Thank You" page, followed by a confirmation email with details on the event or training.

How Do I Watch The Group Call Replays?

At the beginning of each month, we host our Founder's Club Group Calls.

We know that everyone's schedule is a little different, so we provide Group Call Replays for you to access right from your Digital Library.

Navigate to your Dashboard and click the Group Call Replays tab.

A list of previously aired Group Call Replays will drop down which are available for you to watch at anytime.

How Do I Access my Webinar All-Access page?

As a Founders Club or Aesthetic Insider member, you get automatic access to our entire Webinar Library!

When you purchased either the Founders Club or Aesthetic Insider membership, you should have received a product in your library titled "Virtual Mentorship: Webinars All Access".

Click "View Course". Here you will find a list of previously recorded webinars. Click into each one to watch.

What are the Virtual Community Guidelines?

How Do I Access My Virtual Mentorship Community?

To access the Virtual Mentorship Community navigate to your Dashboard and click the Virtual Mentorship Community category button.

Here you can communicate with other Virtual Mentorship members, as well as ask any industry-related questions.

How do I access my Digital Library/Dashboard?

Navigate to www.theaestheticimmersion.com and click “Login” at the top right corner of the navigation bar.

You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your email and password.

After logging in, you will be directed to your My Library page. Click View Course and you will be redirected to your Dashboard.

How Long Does My Mentorship Membership Last?

If you're paying a monthly subscription, you can cancel at anytime. Every monthly payment is final, so if you were to cancel mid-month, your subscription will still be valid until the end of the current billing cycle.

If you selected our annual or "paid in full" payment structure, you have 30 days from your purchase date to receive a refund for that year. You can still cancel anytime after the 30 day period, but your purchase will be non-refundable.
