Why Train for Botox and Dermal Filler Injection
Botox is one of the most popular, most commonly administered cosmetic treatments in the world. While it can be used for a number of different outcomes and effects, it is most typically used to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin along the neck and face. Similarly, different kinds of injectable fillers provide options for smoothing and tightening the skin or for adding volume.
Administering these treatments safely, and getting the ideal outcome, requires clinical skill and aesthetic knowledge. Our training courses will prepare you to use Botox and fillers with master-level skill and confidence, allowing you to expand your career and to delight your clients and patients.
What is the Difference Between Botox and Dermal Fillers?
Aesthetic professionals will need to know the differences between Botox and dermal fillers, which may accomplish similar outcomes but do so in different ways. Botox “freezes” the muscles, stopping wrinkles and creases that are caused by facial expressions. By contrast, dermal fillers use substances to “fill in” or plump areas that have lost some volume. Though the way they work is not the same, Botox and dermal fillers can both be viable options for providing clients with a younger, more confident appearance.
